I introduced two new Customers under me on same day but on commission (PAY DAY) day I only received DRC for one customer and not for both why?
Customers, who signup ordering instant product, do not entitle their introducer for Direct Reward Commission (DRC). You can distinguish that by looking into your tree, every customer who orders instant product in your tree is shown with Pink color, if tree box color is white it means customer has signed up without ordering instant product and only his introducer is entitled for DRC.
